Tuition and Affordability

Tuition at St. Pius X - St. Matthias Academy has two plan options:

Plan A- $8,510 (including additional parent service hours and/or fundraising) 
Plan B- $10,080 (no parent service hours or fundraising fees) 

 

A catholic school education is an investment in your child's future. To make this a possibility for all families, PMA provides both merit and need-based financial assistance to students and their families.

MERIT - BASED AID OPPORTUNITIES

The following scholarships are available to all students, and based on merit and program requirements, not financial need. For the Macdonald Scholars, Rach Scholars, St. Pius X Grant, and St. Matthias Grant please fill out our Common Merit Scholarship Application

NEED - BASED AID OPPORTUNITIES

For those that qualify, St. Pius X - St. Matthias Academy can provide financial assistance. This varies on a case by case basis. 

SmartAid Application

All families applying for financial aid are required to complete a SmartAid application. Below are instructions for creating an account and beginning your SmartAid Application. The Priority Deadline is December 20, 2017. 

To complete a SmartAid Application, you will need: an active email address and your complete 2016 taxes. 

SmartAid Workshops will be available on the following dates. RSVP is required. Please email Ms. Garcia at tgarcia@piusmatthias.org to RSVP:
 
  • December 9th (9-11am)
  • December 16th (9-11am)
  • December 19th, 20th, 21st (Sessions starting every hour at: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm)
 

Catholic Education Foundation

Tuition Assistance is also available by applying through the Catholic Education Foundation, an independent charity associated by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
