Admissions Overview

Open your web browser and navigate to our official website at piusmatthias.org to begin the application process. Once on the homepage, locate and click on the 'Admissions' tab in the navigation menu. Within the Admissions page, you'll find a section labeled 'Apply Now.' Click on this tab to proceed. A new page will open, and you'll see an 'Apply Now' button. Click on this button to be directed to our secure application portal. Once on the application portal, you'll need to create your account. Look for the 'Create Account' option and follow the provided prompts to enter your information.

Enter the first name, last name, and email of the records department at your school to request your unofficial grades. The unofficial grades will be uploaded on the applicants behalf by the front office or records department.

Request grades from the front office and upload standardized test results (STAR/CAASPP).

Enter the first name, last name, and email of your Principal, English, & Math Teacher and recommenders will receive a recommendation form via email to complete on the applicants behalf.

Should applicants meet the qualifications criteria to apply for the Onward Scholars Program and/or Merit Scholarships, you must write and upload your essay answering the question listed on the application. OSP is available during Early Action and Regular Decision deadlines (OSP essays can be uploaded to apply for Merit Scholarships)

Parents must complete a form authorizing PMA to request records from the applicants previous school.

Upon all checklist items being completed, applicants will schedule an Admissions Interview for either Application deadline they apply for.
